Off-Site Incremental Backups

Our plans now all include instant incremental off-site backups using the premium WP Time Capsule plugin and Amazon S3 storage. Incremental backups means that for every change made to a site, we can revert back to a previous state. Let’s say you accidentally delete all the images from your site, previously we would have to roll back to whenever the last backup was taken (possibly a month ago) - now we can pinpoint the exact moment and restore to moments prior.

Being off-site means that if the entire server goes down, we will have a copy of your site on another server that we can access.

24hr Critical Updates

Our monitoring system alerts us to any installed plugin that has had a known vulnerability reported, and has an available update that resolves this. For all Standard, Premium and Ultimate Plans, we will update these within 24 hours (or next business day); for the Basic Plan, Vulnerable Plugins will be updated within 1-3 business days.
